Position Summary
As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Integrity Energy, you will identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building. You'll engage with established leads and target outbound prospects to introduce tailored energy solutions that fit their needs. This role is ideal for self-motivated sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter who can identify key decision-makers, build rapport, and establish long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Bring high energy and professionalism to engage potential customers.
Identify decision-makers and introduce Integrity Energy's products and services.
Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for Enterprise Sales Reps (ESRs)
Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, guiding them through the sales cycle
Schedule appointments and qualify leads for our Enterprise Sales Representatives
Joining final sales calls is a must for our SDRs to provide excellent customer service, while also creating learning experience for our team!
Utilize Salesforce to track, manage, and organize leads and opportunities.
Analyze sales forecasts and market trends to meet individual sales KPI metrics
Exhibit resilience and problem-solving skills to overcome objections, hurdles, and roadblocks.
Qualifications & Core Competencies
Recent college graduate or 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or prospecting roles.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating in a team environment.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Critical thinking and active listening skills to address client needs effectively.
Proven ability to build relationships, grow pipelines, and drive sales.
Experience with Salesforce (preferred but not required).
Attention to detail and a strategic approach to sales forecasting and pipeline management.
