INSTRUCTOR / ASSISTANT PROFESSOR (PROGRAM COORDINATOR)
Doctor Nursing Practice

LSU Health New Orleans School of Nursing is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our faculty as a school of nursing excellence within an academic health sciences center environment. Our nursing faculty have the opportunity to educate future nurses at the BSN, MN/MSN, DNS and DNP level, including state-of-the-art simulation laboratories; conduct nursing & interdisciplinary research; engage in faculty practice, including our nurse-run clinics; pursue entrepreneurial and consultative activities; and serve as a nursing leader and development of leadership skills through our Emergent Nurse Leader Program. We invite you to submit your curriculum vitae for the following teaching position: Primary Care (FNP). Incumbent will be responsible for duties and responsibilities of Coordinator of Primary Care (FNP) Concentration.

Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate
Doctorate of Nursing Practice or PhD
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Louisiana as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (Licensure by Start Date), currently certified/re-certified as a Nurse Practitioner
Minimum of one year clinical experience

Preferred Qualifications
Doctorate
Academic, Management Experience
One year experience in a Primary Care Family Nurse Practitioner Program as a faculty member or administrator; Three years of clinical experience
