Key Responsibilities
Optimize LTE/5G networks by collecting and analyzing service measurement data.
Lead feature-related projects, node integrations, and centralized tasks, ensuring timely deliverables.
Troubleshoot hardware and performance issues independently or in coordination with other teams.
Support network performance evaluations, identifying system issues and recommending solutions.
Report network performance issues to appropriate engineering teams for resolution.
Resolve customer service issues, implement solutions, and conduct drive tests for performance analysis.
Must-Have Skills
Expertise in LTE, NR (5G), VoLTE, and RAN network performance.
Strong experience with Ericsson systems (ENM, RAN equipment).
Proficiency in performance reporting tools and methodologies to enhance network optimization.
Desired Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with Samsung systems (USM, RAN equipment).
Knowledge of Python, scripting tools, and automation.
Familiarity with RTT, DMAT, TrueCall, Airwave for performance analysis.
Hands-on experience with data analytics tools (Tableau).
Experience in Root Metrics data collection and reporting.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field OR 4+ years of related work experience.
