Job Description:
The position is an
Administrative Support role for a Permitting team overseeing projects in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania. The key responsibilities include:
Support for Permitting Team : Assisting with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks related to obtaining permits.
Administrative Activities : Handling mailings, file management, report requests, and document coordination.
CRM and ServiceNow Maintenance : Helping maintain records in these systems.
Project Milestone Tracking : Ensuring that project milestones are followed up on and completed on time to meet project delivery deadlines.
Miscellaneous Tasks : Assisting with various projects and reports as needed.
Meeting Support : Taking detailed notes and providing meeting minutes to the team.
Required Skills and Experience:
Education : High School Diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.
Experience : 1-3 years in an administrative or project management support role.
Skills : Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF), excellent organizational, communication, and note-taking skills.
This role involves a combination of administrative support, project tracking, and maintaining records to ensure timely project delivery.
