Rate: Base salary of $58,750 with uncapped commission, resulting in a total compensation range of $61,750 to $82,750.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Acquisition Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients (homeowners looking to sell), building rapport to understand their needs and provide the optimal transaction solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, managing all incoming leads and setting up in-home appointments to evaluate prospective homes.
Develop industry contacts and source potential property purchases.
Meet established KPIs by making offers on multiple homes daily.
Meet with prospective clients to determine the market value of their homes based on recent sales, research, and market trends. Estimate necessary repairs and make as-is cash offers.
Use the CRM daily to track all contact interactions and monitor the sales process. Complete all daily tasks, prioritizing high-priority tasks such as emails, calls, and texts to clients.
Document all client contact information and detailed notes from appointments in the CRM daily.
Drive to various properties to conduct site visits as needed.
MUST HAVES:
Must possess a valid real estate license (or willing to obtain within 90 days of employment).
Proven track record in sales, including lead generation and cold calling.
Acquisition experience of single family homes.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
A dynamic and engaging personality that fosters strong client relationships.
