Job Title: Business Development Lead - North America

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Lead to help accelerate our growth and build strong relationships with high-profile clients across North America. As a key member of our team, you will spearhead business development initiatives within the corporate, sports, retail, and real estate sectors, focusing on identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships.
This role provides an exciting opportunity to be a pivotal force in driving our expansion. You will collaborate with a talented team of designers, artists, and strategists to create immersive branded environments and experiences for major brands, sports stadiums, innovation centers, office spaces, and museums.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve annual revenue targets for the North American region.
Establish and foster relationships with senior-level clients in corporate, sports, retail, and real estate sectors, driving new business and repeat opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling pitches and proposals to prospective clients.
Research industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance marketing strategies and proposal development.
Lead the entire sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, pitching, and negotiation.
Craft clear, persuasive proposals and narratives, transforming complex information into impactful messaging.
Work closely with the project management team to ensure accurate project scopes, timelines, and cost estimates.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to maintain visibility and attract new business.
Periodic travel (approximately 40%) to engage with clients and industry events across North America.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales within the professional consulting services space (experience design, architecture, creative agencies, or digital services).
Proven track record of generating new business in key sectors such as technology, professional services, financial, telecommunications, and industrial.
Strong understanding of the sales and project lifecycle, from lead generation to project delivery.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
Proficiency in proposal estimation, creation, and negotiation.
Ability to develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with growth objectives.
High level of organization, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, MS Office, and G-Suite.
Professional fluency in English is required (additional languages are a bonus).
