Job Overview

Under the general supervision of the Program Supervisor, the primary function of the Case Manager (CM) II is to provide comprehensive case management and outreach services to a diverse youth population. The CM II will follow the program’s Scope of Work activities to achieve the program goals through interviewing, counseling, assessment, caseload organization, mentoring and management. This position will also provide work oversight and mentoring to other members of the department and/or volunteers as needed.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Sociology, Human Services, Counseling or related field required.

2. Minimum three years of experience required working with adolescents in under-served communities or public assistance programs.

3. CPR/First Aid Certificate required.

4. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred due to the population served.

Compensation

$32.57 - $40.71 hourly
