We're seeking a passionate Pursuits Manager to join our team! This is an exciting and essential role that handles Requests For Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), collaborating closely with various Issuer Services departments across North America.
A role you will love
As the Pursuits Manager, you'll be responsible for the day to day management of the North America Issuer Services responses to RFP and RFI's. In performing these duties, the individual will maintain an up to date repository of relevant answers to service and product offerings in a third party software. In addition, the role will work closely with business development representatives, client strategists, relationship managers, and executive leadership within Issuer Services to prepare and submit a concise, well articulated, and thoughtful response on behalf of Computershare.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Ownership of the NA Issuer Services RFP/RFI/BID process from beginning to end
Maintaining and enhancing Responsive - a self-service tool for responses
Responding to questionnaires either through existing responses or additional insight from subject matter experts
Assisting in the proofreading, editing, and preparation of all response materials including executive summary, slide presentations, and marketing content
Ability to collaborate with internal constituents across all levels of the organization
Participating on special projects or research initiatives
What will you bring to the role?
You will have a strong understanding of the RFP/RFI market and have proven success in a previous similar role, and an understanding of the financial services market, transfer agency and shareholder services is a plus. You would have a good understanding of how the wider front office team works together to successfully achieve department goals and objectives. A fundamental understanding of competitor products and services is essential to drive continuous improvement and effectively support project-related initiatives.
Other key skills required for the role include:
Bachelor Degree from an accredited university or college, is preferred with a minimum of at least 5 years of work experience
Ability to draft complete and concise statements regarding our operations, services, and value proposition
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, excelling in deadline-driven environments while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Strongly self-motivated and accountable, consistently driving personal and team success.

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $71K - $116K. This base pay range is specific to New York State, Illinois, New Jerseyand may not be applicable to other locations.
