Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced hairstylist/colorist to join our on-site hair salon designed specifically for our employees. This is a full-time, regular position that comes with a comprehensive benefits package. Your work hours will generally be Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4:30 pm; however, flexibility is required to accommodate the styling needs of our company owners during special events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in client consultations to fully understand their hair needs and preferences
• Deliver exceptional hair cutting, coloring, and styling services
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques
• Ensure a clean and well-organized work area
Qualifications:
• Current and valid cosmetology license
• Proven experience as a hairstylist/colorist
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in providing manicures/pedicures is an added advantage.
Compensation:
• Hourly wage (dependent on experience) plus commissions on services and beauty products sold.
