The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Manager - DME Order Fulfillment, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:


  • Lead 3-5 supervisor-led teams (~60 people) in delivering positive results in both customer experience and financial targets

  • Create positive, trust-based relationships with partners and stakeholders inside and outside the Advantage Center

  • Use data and analytics to identify issues, forecast results

  • Provide accurate projections across all performance metrics

  • Provide comprehensive coaching and support to all team members through listening sessions, 1:1 meetings, and team meetings

  • Model core values of putting people first, winning with excellence, solving what matters, advancing together, and living with heart

  • Hire, develop, and retain a high performing team

  • Ensure team members have the skills, training and support they need to succeed

  • Ensure CAT PODs are healthy, adequately staffed, supported.

  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation using core Solventum Values

  • Identify best practices within the organization and propagate them throughout

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND two (3) years of leadership experience in a private, public, government or military environment

OR
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND six (6) years of leadership experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Work location: Hybrid. This position is primarily remote, but on-site work in the San Antonio office one day per month or more.

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $94,018 - $114,911, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
