This critical role will lead people analytics and administer the HRIS system including optimizing processes, auditing data, generating reports to support decision-making and support end user training.
This position is designed and intended to be performed in Muscatine, IA.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
System Process Improvement: Evaluate opportunities to enhance system processes.
IT Collaboration: Partner with IT to automate and streamline data from HR to IT, improving security, user access, and profile tracking.
HR Digital Strategy Support: Support the HR digital strategy, end user experience, and people analytics.
HRIS Management: Manage and maintain the HRIS system, functioning as the subject matter expert (SME).
Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze regular and ad-hoc reports for key stakeholders, leading "People Analytics" capabilities using UKG Business Intelligence and Workforce Management.
Training and Communication: Develop and deliver HRIS training and communications on system updates to enhance the end-user experience.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to end users and troubleshoot issues, ensuring data accuracy and integrity through regular audits.
Documentation and Relationship Building: Document data flows and integrations, liaise with UKG or partners for issue resolution, and collaborate with IT on projects involving "people records" to improve processes and workflows.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate’s degree in human resources, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field is required, Bachelor’s preferred
3 or more years of human resources, information technology or data analytics experience
Experience in process development and management
Experience with UKG preferred but not required
Ability to read, interpret large amounts of data
Strong technical, computer and organizational skills
A sense of urgency with an ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to exercise sound judgment and a strong business results focus
Individual must have a high level of energy and be a self-starter
Ability to work with highly sensitive information and keep confidentiality at a high level
