Job Description:

Summary of essential job functions:
Ensure that all system and training related artifacts for each of the eCMS solutions being managed are kept up to date to reflect the current version of that solution as deployed in the eCMS production environment. Those artifacts include, but are not limited to:
Technical Guides
User Guides
End User Training Documentation
Create New Sections in preexisting documentation for functionality not previously present for a solution
Update existing documentation to ensure content reflects the current deployed state of that functionality
Communicate with applicable Point(s) of Contact (PoC) managing the Acquisition Knowledge Portal (AKP) within Office of Information Technology (OIT) to ensure that all currently published documentation is updated and replaces the currently published artifacts where changes have been deployed to the eCMS production environment
Provide updated documentation refresh on any development work to an eCMS application
Replace outdated documents on the AKP with current and up-to-date references
Organize all application technical documentation into navigable directories on SharePoint
Analyze areas for process improvement and identify technical solutions
Work collaboratively across the team and with the customer
Support all project reporting requirements
