The CSA National Accounts Coordinator is responsible for quoting, scheduling maintenance and corrective repairs, and project management of generator, transfer switches, and engine systems for national accounts at sites located throughout North America in a manner that reflects the company’s vision of working as “One Professional Team.” To include additional sales for preventive maintenance, repairs, and projects.
Pay Rate: $56,483.95 - $72,925.75 Annually Pay rate is dependent upon education & experience.
Essential Functions:

Reports all deficiencies and training needs to CSA National Accounts Manager
Maintains accurate contact records for vendors in the shared-department database
Ensures accurate reporting to primary customer
Secures and develops accurate quotes for all services not covered by contract pricing
Receives and processes invoices for services and ensures billing to clients in timely and accurate manner
Collaborates with external and internal vendors to get services completed
Locates and identifies vendors
Sets up business accounts and maintains status with vendors
Implements department and customer procedures
Assists Manager in quotation of potential new accounts
Participates in on-call emergency response duty
Communicates with internal departments to ensure that accounts are set up, invoices are entered, and parts are available and or ordered
Advances and preserves vendor relationships
Participates in customer-status update meetings
Accustom to and or comfortable with change
Flexibility
Responsible for additional sales in corrective work and adding additional units to the contract
Understands and carries out contract obligations with primary customer
Provides scheduling of maintenance, quoting, and scheduling of corrective repairs of generator, engine systems, and transfer switches for national accounts
Basic comprehension of MOPS/ SCOPES and or developing them
Other duties as assigned by manager
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years in an administrative position
5+ years customer service experience
3+ years sales experience
Physical Demands & Competencies:
Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing
Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing but may require occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
Data Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills
Safety & Product Knowledge
Self-starter
Technical background relating to industry
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong electrical systems knowledge preferred
Familiar with and understands CAT and other brands nomenclature
Logistical knowledge of CAT and other dealer networks
Effective understanding of transfer switches, generators, and engine systems
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Access
Basic knowledge of ET/SIS/SIS Web/STW
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
