Job Description:

Lee Company offers complete facility solutions services of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and preventative maintenance for commercial facilities throughout Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky. Our incredible team has built their reputation on trust, honesty, employee safety and excellence since 1944.

Summary of Job:

To ensure that all customers’ needs are being met in a timely manner and that the Facility Solutions Group is providing a high level of customer service. Ensures that dispatchers are delegating calls correctly and communicating to both customers and technicians. Ensures the efficient and effective assignment of work orders, taking into consideration location and skills needed to provide excellent service.

Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing the Chattanooga and North Georgia service area regions. A Georgia Conditioned Air Contractor's License is preferred for this role.

Education and Experience:


  • 5 plus years of experience in manager trade

  • Or 5-10 years of field experience in HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical

  • Or Business management degree with 3-5 years of industry experience
