Your Role
Co-lead with the IT counterparts deployment projects in the US
Responsible for all business related activities :
Mobilization phase : Onboard and staff local teams allocated to the project. Launch data cleansing. Align with other impacted or impacting business transformations programs.
Fit to template and design phase : support global teams executing fit to template workshops. Ensure local business requirements are well documented and addressed. Support data migration design for all business activities. Ensure all change impacts are listed.
Build phase : ensure action plan are built for each change impacts, including a plan to update the local standard operating procedures. Provide business Support to technical teams configuring the system. Ensure data migration tasks are planned and executed (business verification post extract, post transformation and post loads are performed on time).
Test phase : drive local business acceptance testing. Prepare the training strategy. Prepare the business cutover approach.
Deploy phase : drive all business activities during the business ramp down, business continuity plan during black out, and progressive business ramp back up.
Hypercare phase : ensure required resources are all hands on deck to support the back to business as usual.
Local business team management : Coach and support the teams during the project. Transversal management of 20 to 60 FTE resources allocated to the project from Various part of the organization (Commercial, ISCO, Finance, Quality)
Coordinate with the PMO tema (planning, risks, ways of working, lessons learned, on boarding/offboarding process, management of the external program partners)
Communication and change management: engage all required level of the local business organization
Coordinate with the validation team to ensure project is delivered following validation framework
Monitoring of the budget (backfilling budget)
Governance: establish a local project governance (project committee, local steering committee,...)
Reporting of the deployment status to the global program teams on a regular basis
Key Accountabilities:
On time and on budget delivery of all business activities required to go live, following the compliance requirements
Ensure local entity stay within global program objectives: 90% process harmonization with the rest of the group, 85% adherence to SAP standard practices.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 10 years of experience in the industry, with experience in one or more department impacted by the programs including, but not limited to;
Distribution
Manufacturing Operations, Plant Maintenance
Commercial, Customer Excellence
Quality, Regulatory, Trade, Master Data
Finance & Controlling
Procurement
Supply Chain Planning
Intercompany & Export
Knowledge and network within the US business units
Previous experience in a transformation program is a plus
Appetence for business transformation and digital
Familiarity with Life Science and understanding its needs/challenges.

Capacity connect with local leadership, and coordinate transversally resources in a matrix organization.
Capacity to bring structuration in a fast-moving environment and to manage with uncertainty.
Learning agility
Synthesis skills to effectively report the status and analytical skills to deep dive on business process issues as needed.
Capacity to mobilize transversally an organization
Capacity to bring calm and clarity, Capacity to onboard and coach business resources not necessarily used to project mode.
Location
This position is preferred from either our Burlington, MA or St. Louis facility and is also remote flexible. Frequent travel of up to 75% between domestic and international sites is required.
Pay Range for this position: $140,800 - $211,100
Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data.
