The IT Intern will be responsible for assisting with installing computer software products, modifying/repairing hardware and resolving technical problems to support our users.

A successful candidate will:

• Assure continuity of the computer system for all system users.
• Install selected software and hardware products.
• Repair PC hardware as necessary and work closely with service vendors to ensure continuity of service.
• Monitor and respond to incidents in the IT Help Desk System.
• Provide technical assistance and advice to users as needed.
• Work closely with IT Technical and Development team members to ensure a high level of user support.

Requirements:

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience providing MS Outlook and Office Support.
