Your new role
This is an exclusive opportunity for a Property Manager to support the overall operations of a 130+ unit Project based section 8/HUD property in Dover, NJ. The Property Manager will be supported by an Administrative Assistant and a full maintenance team.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years of experience in affordable housing property management
- Section 8 experience required
- Yardi experience a plus
