We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Data and Operations to organize, manage, and optimize our relationship data assets.

The Senior Analyst, Data and Operations will be responsible for delivering on our data asset vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.

The Senior Analyst, Data and Operations will collaborate with product teams to review our data asset strategies and ensure those strategies meet client requirements and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate the data vision and strategy to stakeholders of data-driven products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize data requirements, and ensure datasets meet requirements for client use cases.
  • Manage the pipeline for datasets, ensuring smooth data flow and processing, and ensuring timely delivery of features.
  • Oversee the design and deployment of data assets.
  • Conduct market research and user interviews to identify opportunities for new data assets.
  • Ensure data governance and compliance with regulations related to data usage.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform product decisions.
  • Oversee data collection, processing, and analysis to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
  • Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree - Required or 5+ years of professional experience
  • Master's Degree - Preferred or 2+ years of professional experience
  • Additional Skills Needed:

  • Experience in project management, preferably in data-related projects.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of data science and data engineering principles.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in SQL and familiar with R, Python, or similar analytics languages.
  • Knowledge of Cloud computing platforms a plus (GCP, AWS).
