Volt is immediately hiring a Production Supervisor 2nd shift in Hanford, CA.



As a Production Supervisor you will:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure production goals and timelines are met.
• Manage a team of operators, technicians, and assembly workers, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
• Monitor production processes and resolve any issues related to quality, downtime, or safety.
• Ensure that all production activities are compliant with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Review and improve production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Implement and oversee the proper use of equipment, materials, and personnel.
• Provide training and mentorship to staff, including performance evaluations, coaching, and development.
• Prepare and analyze production reports to track performance, production output, and quality.
• Address and resolve employee concerns, ensuring strong communication and team morale.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

This is a Full Time opportunity: 2nd shift

The ideal candidate will have

• 
  At least 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a food production environment.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Extensive experience in managing production teams and achieving production goals.
• In-depth understanding of safety, quality, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in production management software and tools relevant to the industry.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Pay Rate: $75,000-$85,000 annually

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
