Volt is immediately hiring a Production Supervisor 2nd shift in Hanford, CA.
As a Production Supervisor you will:
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure production goals and timelines are met.
Manage a team of operators, technicians, and assembly workers, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Monitor production processes and resolve any issues related to quality, downtime, or safety.
Ensure that all production activities are compliant with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Review and improve production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
Implement and oversee the proper use of equipment, materials, and personnel.
Provide training and mentorship to staff, including performance evaluations, coaching, and development.
Prepare and analyze production reports to track performance, production output, and quality.
Address and resolve employee concerns, ensuring strong communication and team morale.
Enforce company policies and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
This is a Full Time opportunity: 2nd shift
The ideal candidate will have
At least 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a food production environment.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Extensive experience in managing production teams and achieving production goals.
In-depth understanding of safety, quality, and manufacturing processes.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in production management software and tools relevant to the industry.
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Pay Rate: $75,000-$85,000 annually
