Overview
The Operations Manager, TAAG, will oversee the execution and troubleshooting of digital media campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires strong technical expertise in ad serving, trafficking, and campaign execution, along with collaboration across media, creative, and technology teams to ensure seamless activation. Additionally, the Operations Manager will manage global ad operations teams, standardize best practices, and lead technology partnerships.
Responsibilities
Campaign Management
Work closely with Investment teams to create and execute digital media campaigns within Ad Serving platforms (display, video, mobile).
Traffic creative assets
Set up campaign configurations
Implement tracking pixels
Conduct regular audits and QA for campaign accuracy.
Serve as the escalation point for ad tech queries across global offices Technology & Troubleshooting.
Stay updated on emerging digital media technologies to drive process improvements.
Oversee the deployment of digital technology solutions that align with client and organizational needs.
e.g. ad servers, VVF, TMS, data management tools
Ensure effective and efficient use of tools and systems across teams through training and adherence to best practices Global Team Management & Development.
Oversee global ad operations teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and on-time execution across all markets.
Establish and refine processes, training, and operational parameters to meet business unit requirements.
Ensure timely onboarding and comprehensive training for new hires, and manage talent offboarding to maintain uninterrupted operations.
Conduct weekly alignment with market leads to provide guidance on progress and concerns.
Monitor team performance, offer coaching, and provide training resources to junior team members and TAAG new hires to support their development.
Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Media Technology, or related fields
Proficiency in ad servers (Campaign Manager 360, Flashtalking/Innovid, Ad Form) and marketing tech solutions (DMPs, DSPs, verification platforms)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Understanding of online advertising terminology (CPM, TMS, DCO)
Exposure to HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for troubleshooting
Experience with conversion tagging and Tag Management Systems (GTM, Tealium)
Familiarity with Ad Verification tools (IAS, Double Verify) is a plus

Compensation Range: $73,910 - $116,380 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
