Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Incentive Analyst to join our Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) Revenue Operations team. This role will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate deal crediting and attainment calculations for our Commercial and Military Sales teams. This role is Hybrid and located in Denver, CO.
Position Responsibilities:
Attainment calculation and reporting, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
Calculate and assign Quotas to participants
Future compensation plan design to meet ongoing changes in the organization
Compensation Tool setup and ongoing maintenance
Distributing Quota letters and Term & Conditions documents
Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in Sales, HR and Finance
Utilize Salesforce, Tableau and other tools to verify transactions and ensure accuracy
Required Qualifications (Skills/Experience):
4+ years of experience in sales compensation
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, HR and Finance
Strong problem-solving skills along with demonstrated practical judgment
Exceptionally strong communication skills, including experience effectively communicating with senior management
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Microsoft Excel
Prior experience with Salesforce
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
Previous experience using and implementing a Sales compensation platform
Previous experience building and editing Tableau dashboards

Mid-level 90,950 - 123,050
Senior 115,600 - 156,400
