In search of a Manager to lead the Florida production team. This manager will be responsible for producing internal and external video projects that support company efforts throughout the Florida Region and Central Division footprint. This position requires a detailed oriented individual who possesses a creative eye and proficiency in producing with a background in field production and editing.

Job Description
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work-related experience.
Minimum 5 years production and post-production experience at an agency, production house, company or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Strong detail oriented organizational skills.
Highly collaborative management style, welcoming of stakeholder and creative input as well as independent decision making.
Efficient and effective time management skills.

PRODUCING RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee video production for internal and external projects throughout the market, including all phases of production;
Pre-production and Project Development: Liaison with leadership and stakeholders for project needs and objectives. Develop production schedules and timelines for project implementation and realize project concepts while maximizing efficiency of the production process.
Production: Manage and carryout all phases of production, working in the field, facility, studio and remote locations (ENG, EFP, Digi-cine). Responsible for equipment allocation and procurement, assembling crew, production schedules and interfacing with external partners and personnel as necessary (permitting, location scouting, insurance, etc.).
Post-production: Work with Creative Services team to implement established brand guidelines and protocols for graphics, animations, licensed and approved tools. Craft a compelling story that aligns with the communication team's advocacy strategy. Maintain high degree of quality across post-production workflows.
Asset Management and Archiving: Manage organization and curation of assets and elements for project archiving and efficiency of usage, Oversee standardized protocols for archiving, access and data sharing. Catalogue footage and maintains asset library. Follows departmental folder structure, workflows, and best practices.
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Cross Department Projects: Support other production related department operations and initiatives; Creative Services, Live Events, Region, Division and Corporate production groups.
Facilities & Equipment: Maintain and manage department facilities including day to day upkeep and organization of equipment and systems, studio, edit suites, office space, inventory and vehicular fleet.
Troubleshooting: Ability to solve technical problems and troubleshoot and develop solutions.
PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Staff Management: Oversee department staff including goals, reviews, career development, accountability, day to day scheduling and provisioning of assets and business tools.
Skill Assessment and Variability: Utilize managerial skills encompassing oversight of both technical production crew and creatives including management on shared projects and teams.
Executive & Cross Departmental: Develop and maintain relationships with senior leadership and interdepartmental contacts within the company to maximize accurate goal achievement, efficiency and accountability.
Contract Labor: Hiring contractors and managing subsequent expenses needed for field production, specialty areas (VO, graphic art), and post-product
PRODUCTION SKILL REQUIREMENTS
In addition to project management, this position requires experience and proficiency as producer, videographer and editor.
Producer
Pre-production:Work with stakeholders to discuss ideas, locations, deliverable goals & messaging, schedules, content of interviews, b-roll needs.
Production:Manage the production crew, including staff, contractors, talent. Recognize proper camera framing, lighting and audio. Provide direction to crew to maintain quality standards.
Distribution:Prepare the video for distribution on various platforms.
Budgeting:Determine budgets, manage finances, and negotiate with vendors.
Talent:Hire cast and crew, and ensure proper payment.
Equipment:Maintain and organize equipment. Ensure all necessary permits and approvals.
Logistics:Manage the logistics of the production, including scheduling and transportation.
Field & Studio Production:
Production: Ability to operate camera, lighting and audio equipment.
Live Event: Support live event team in field productions and equipment maintenance.

Post-Production:
Creative Editing: Working with editor (or independently if skillset exists) on video for external and internal use on various platforms as well as outlets (short form social media, long form testimonial and corporate videos).
Content: Ability to oversee the construction of a story through editing.
Systems: Knowledge of the Adobe Suite with focus on Adobe Premiere a big plus.
Data Management:
Asset Library: Catalogue footage and maintains asset library. Follows departmental folder structure, workflows, and best practices.
