Job Description:

Beacon Hill Financial Staffing is seeking a Project Accountant to join an industry leader located in Seattle, WA. This opportunity will start as a temporary employee and has the opportunity to become a full-time role.

The ideal candidate will work independently and proactively, has experience working in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is a must and can produce detailed results and make informed decisions.


This position requires exceptional organization skills, with high energy and a desire to take on significant responsibility. A keen attention to detail and good communication skills (both verbal and written) are also required. Experience in Construction or related industry is preferred but not required.


Core Duties include but are not limited to:

• Lead accounting tasks for projects, including billing customers and tracking costs.


• Ensure project financials are accurate and reliable.


• Maintain accurate data and solve business issues through analysis.


• Review data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.


• Oversee project workflow, including current and future tasks, and meet deadlines.


• Manage project expenses with vendors, secure financial approvals, and control payments.
