Job Description:

Senior Team Lead for CargoWise One to drive the global implementation, configuration, and optimization of our CargoWise One system. This person will be both a technical leader and a hands-on contributor, working cross-functionally with international teams to standardize logistics operations across modes like ocean, air, rail, and trucking.



Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a global team of CargoWise specialists and coordinate standardization efforts across offices.


• Perform hands-on technical work, including:




• Workflow creation


• E-adapter integrations


• System registry updates


• Custom reporting and documentation




• Drive CargoWise optimization to support business goals and logistics efficiency.


• Serve as the central point for business process alignment across global offices.


• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth and efficient system usage.

Requirements:

• Extensive CargoWise One experience, including technical configuration, customization, and integration.


• Prior team lead or mentorship experience (formal management experience not required).


• Comfortable managing a distributed global team and leading cross-functional initiatives.


• Strong SQL and data/reporting background.


• Freight forwarding/logistics experience required - CargoWise expertise must be directly tied to industry experience.


• CargoWise certifications are preferred (but extensive experience may be considered in lieu of certification).

Additional Info:

• Open to candidates located near any U.S. office (e.g., Atlanta, Charleston, Chicago, Houston).


• Internal-facing role; no client-facing responsibilities.


• M&A experience is a plus.
