The Project Manager of Field Communications supports Old Navy store and field leaders to deliver effective communication tools and resources to drive increased execution and engagement. This role focuses on projects and initiatives; working closely with
various teams and functions to develop communication plans, influence and execute change communication plans and drive compelling messaging to build culture in the field and bridge a connection between field and HQ populations. This role is responsible for influencing key business partners across all functions and channels and consulting in change management plans while representing the voice of the field and customer in all interactions to streamline and simplify the communications experience for
stores.

Salary Range: $90,100 - $119,400 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
