Job Description Summary:

This role involves managing operations, overseeing critical strategic initiatives, and driving operational excellence, planning, and performance management. The ideal candidate will leverage AI, automation, and technology to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using AI-driven analytics to inform data-driven decisions.


• Provide strategic guidance and implement plans to improve creative processes, boost productivity, and drive efficiency through automation tools.


• Analyze market trends and customer needs using machine learning algorithms to identify opportunities for innovation.


• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align and achieve business objectives.


• Develop and manage budgets and resource allocation with the aid of technology to support operations.


• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact business operations using predictive analytics.

Qualifications

• Proven general management skills with expertise in setting up scalable processes.


• Strong grasp of business economics, P&Ls, and analytics.


• Ownership mindset with a drive for entrepreneurship and operational improvement.


• Experience optimizing spend and maximizing ROI on marketing investments.


• Demonstrated ability to manage direct reports and influence cross-functional teams.


• Strong problem-solving, strategic, and analytical capabilities.


• Ability to craft compelling narratives and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.


• Skilled at driving projects independently in a matrixed global organization.


• Collaborative, results-driven mindset that fosters open communication.


• Experience partnering with HR to support talent development and growth strategies.


• Strong financial acumen to ensure accuracy in reporting, forecasting, and reconciliations.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Experience



Required

• Six+ years of relevant work experience in operations, strategy, or agency roles.


• 10+ years of success in account/project management.


• Strong understanding of marketing, campaign development, and strategic frameworks.


• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.


• Proficient in stakeholder management and delivering compelling presentations.


• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and a creative problem solver.

Preferred

• Six+ years in a creative environment within a corporate or agency setting.


• Agency and/or marketing experience.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is


$156,500 to $291,100


For the majority of employees, PayPal's balanced hybrid work model offers 3 days in the office for effective in-person collaboration and 2 days at your choice of either the PayPal office or your home workspace, ensuring that you equally have the benefits and conveniences of both locations.
