Our Employee-Owned company is adding to the team in Tucker, GA! The Service Department Manager will manage accounts and projects of a highly technical nature. This position will work closely with other department supervisors/managers to assure customer and employee satisfaction and accurate manpower planning.
Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate daily activities of Service Department.
Analyze and forecast factors that affect results.
Make final decisions on manpower assignments & selling of new customers for assigned projects.
Provide leads, estimates, give budgets, provide customer proposals, and build relationships with repeat customers.
Achieve a minimum budgeted sales goal for the annual year.
Satisfy our customers to provide for repeat sales and favorable recommendations.
Survey all customers quarterly and at least one time at completion on quickly completed projects.
Facilitate an annual employee survey in your area.
Achieve 70% participation and a minimum score of 85%.
Address all comments that are process improvement related
Complete personnel development plans, performance appraisals, monitoring and coaching, and provide feedback and growth opportunities for direct reports (journeypersons & leadpersons).
Participate in employee continuing education in house or by way of outside programs. Achieve minimum required hours per level.
