As a Sr. Automation Engineer, you'll innovate and enhance assembly methods for our expanding product line. From fixturing to advanced automation with robots and cobots, you'll design and prototype cutting-edge manufacturing systems, seamlessly integrating them into new and existing assembly lines. You'll validate success through rigorous testing in the lab and on factory floors.

What You Will Do
Innovate and Implement: Research, analyze, and implement new manufacturing engineering practices.
Project Management: Plan and manage technical aspects of projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
Communication: Deliver technical presentations and provide support to customers and suppliers.
Leadership: Mentor and serve as an expert resource for junior engineers.
What You Will Bring
Education: BS in Engineering required; BSME, MET, or Mechatronics degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5-7 years' experience in small components assembly.
Process Expertise: Proficient in manufacturing/assembly process mapping and cost analysis.
Automation Knowledge: Deep understanding of robotics, cobots, and vision in assembly process development.
Design Skills: Experience in designing electromechanical equipment or systems.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $120,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
