This recruiter position has two main responsibilities: leading our university recruiting program, as well as supporting full-cycle requisitions of approximately 10-15 ongoing, hiring both early in career professional roles and high volume, multi-site contact center hiring.
A successful candidate will bring at least 1 year of university recruiting experience, and at least 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience, supporting early in career and high-volume roles. They will have been a member of the Talent Acquisition team inside a corporation, understanding the full candidate to employee lifecycle. They will be accustomed to collaborating heavily across HR, supporting various hiring teams, both tech and non tech. Hands-on technical proficiency with Workday Recruit and a CRM is a plus. Recruiting experience within a high velocity global data/technology organization is a bonus.
This role will be based in either the Dallas, TX or Irvine, CA areas and candidates should live within a commutable distance of either. Our current model is hybrid, 2 days onsite, in office with the remaining remote.
What you will be doing:
Lead our University Recruiting program. Work with senior leaders on hiring needs, develop relevant university partnerships, oversee all outreach and on campus activities, build out program engagement elements, report on ROI of the program.
Support full cycle recruiting for high volume contact/call center teams, as well as, early in career professional roles, across various functions, both tech and non tech. Maintain a requisition load of 10-15 ongoing, possibly more related to special hiring initiatives. Partner with the senior recruiter who supports those teams on the best approach to supporting talent, at all levels for those teams.
Partner with TA leadership and HRBP teams on innovative approaches to increase efficiency and improved candidate match in high volume recruiting.
Develop and execute proactive, organic sourcing and recruitment strategies to identify passive external talent, via both with paid tools and free resources.
Deliver screened, best qualified candidates to meet business needs in a timely manner, consistent with overall TA team goals.
Drive an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience, ensure engagement throughout the recruitment process, identify areas of opportunity, calibrate as needed.
Manage key business relationships; partner effectively with business leaders and functional teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and met; maintain broad influence through ongoing development of internal/external relationships across the organization.
Ensure compliance with CoreLogic policies, processes and practices; maintain current knowledge of federal, state and local employment practices and labor laws. Serve as a role model of CoreLogic's ethical standards, professionalism and code of conduct.
Develop domain knowledge of each CoreLogic business areas, understand the organization's short and long-term objectives, as well as overall industry trends.
Act as a CoreLogic brand ambassador in all ways. Build the technical employer brand in the market, organizing tech meetups and other recruiting activities in partnership with the business.
Collaborate with TA peers in other CoreLogic countries, sharing best practices, adopt and pilot initiatives in the US that are relevant.
Job Qualifications:
What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
2+ years of experience as a recruiter, supporting high volume hiring and varied early in career roles across business units
1+ years of owning, or being a lead contributor, to a university recruiting program, supporting the program end to end for all cohorts
1+ years of experience identifying, attracting and onboarding talent for a range of technical and data roles (e.g. software engineers, software architects, data acquisition, data solution engineers, data production) as well as non-technical roles (e.g. project managers, product managers)
2+ years of building candidate pools via proactive external candidate sourcing, from various channels
A bonus you have:
Hands-on proficiency with Workday Recruit as the ATS, experience using any CRMs
Experience as an "in-house" recruiter within a corporate entity, collaborating across HR disciplines
Recruiting experienced with a data/technology organization in a high velocity environment
Annual Pay Range:
63,900 - 86,195 USD
