Your expertise in evidence-based practice will be key to ensuring our patients receive the safest, highest-quality care.Position Overview:The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) plays a crucial role in managing cardiac critical care patients and is also actively involved in caring for medical critical care patients. The APP is responsible for overseeing the critical care aspects of assigned patients, from admission to transfer, ensuring comprehensive and high-quality care throughout their hospital stay. The APP may also coordinate care from admission to discharge and provide outpatient/ambulatory care coordination to ensure continuous and seamless patient care.Key Responsibilities:
