Job Description:

A well established Silicon Valley law firm is looking for an experienced Litigation Associate to join their team. The role requires the Attorney to be in the office for initial training. After this, there is only a one or two day a month in office requirement. The firm has a lower billable requirement of 1600 and prides itself on work life balance. Job Responsibilities:

• Initial claim analysis.


• Preparing and reviewing pleadings and motions.


• Attenting court hearings, arbitration, and mediations


• Taking and defending depositions.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years' litigation experience.


• Litigation defense experience preferred.


• Strong skills in drafting and responding to law and motion matters.


• Excellent writing and communication skills with clients and opposing counsel.

• Proficient in using Electronic Filing in Federal Courts


• Dragon Naturally speaking software
