Job Summary:



We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join the team. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform final quality inspections on repaired audio and navigation units, ensuring that they meet our operational standards before being shipped out. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to accurately record inspection results, and the skills to report any unique issues found during the inspection process.



Key Responsibilities:

• Test and inspect repaired audio/navigation units to ensure proper functionality and quality.


• Verify that units meet specific operational standards before they are approved for shipment.


• Accurately document inspection results and performance data in the system.


• Maintain detailed and organized records of inspections for future reference.


• Identify and report any unique or non-standard issues discovered during the inspection process to the supervisor.


• Communicate potential quality concerns that may require further attention.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Conduct daily inspections on all repaired audio/navigation units to ensure they meet quality standards.


• Ensure all inspected units are in full working order per MRC inspection guidelines.


• Report any unusual or unique issues promptly to the supervisor for investigation and resolution.
