The Director, Strategic Alliances will be responsible for generating revenue through the development and management of assigned partner relationships within the high-growth Equifax Workforce Solutions business unit.
What You'll Do:
Drive revenue growth through existing Employer Services partnership
Develop and execute account plans and go-to-market strategies for assigned partner(s)
Ensure strategies for each individual partnership align with the needs and expectations of the business (e.g., overall revenue targets, market penetration goals, innovation aspirations)
Ensure optimal allocation of resources across assigned , in order to optimize revenue growth and partner satisfaction
Support of yearly sales and revenue targets within different
Drive execution of specific workstreams connected to overall account plan (e.g., sales enablement, operational enhancements) through engagement with partner and cross-functional Workforce Solutions stakeholders (e.g., Product, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Client Services)
Constantly search out, uncover, and ensure evaluation of innovative and new business opportunities, and ensure adequate resources are assigned to pursue opportunities
Facilitate joint business planning with the partner, focused on maximizing the existing scope of the agreement and/or identifying opportunities to enhance joint value of the partnership (e.g., focus on new market segments, introduction of new products, joint development)
Cultivate and maintain strategic alignment and an effective working relationship with key stakeholders at assigned partner(s)
Support additional partner management activities throughout the partner lifecycle:
Identify, support, and facilitate resolution of issues that arise with the partner (e.g., operational challenges, sales challenges resulting from channel conflict)
Work directly with Partner Client Relationship Managers to support and manage issues with partner clients (i.e., end-clients through a partnership relationship)
Coordinate efforts of colleagues in Legal, Pricing, and Product, in the negotiation of new contracts with assigned partners
Provide support in identifying gaps and refining processes for managing Employer Services partnerships, in collaboration with others responsible for partnership management capabilities across the enterprise
Ensure individuals interacting with partner accounts have access to existing partner tools, processes, and procedures, and that lessons learned from accounts help inform updates
As necessary, coach and support individuals within Employer Services who are interacting with partners
What Experience You Need:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years account management experience in a client facing role (alliance / channel experience preferred)
Successful track record in meeting and/or exceeding sales goals
Ability to manage a portfolio of partner accounts
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and define and execute goals and objectives within evolving strategic context
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Well-developed leadership skills
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $115,000 to $160,000. This position is also eligible for our incentive compensation program.
