Product Designer

Location: Downtown, NYC
Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer with a minimum of 5 years in design roles to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design and the technical proficiency to create intuitive, user-centered solutions for complex problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and optimize our products, ensuring they meet user and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design user-centered interfaces and experiences that align with company goals and strategies.


• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using Figma.


• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.


• Analyze data and create visual dashboards using Power BI.


• Leverage financial tooling knowledge as a plus to design solutions for financial industry use cases.


• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.


• Ensure design consistency and maintain a robust design system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.


• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product design or a similar role.


• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.


• Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization.


• Familiarity with financial tools and applications (preferred).


• Strong portfolio showcasing past design projects and problem-solving approaches.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: $60/hr w2
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
