Position Overview: Administer energy product or service information via written correspondence and/or telephone contact to internal or external customers daily.



Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Off peak season 30% of the day will be on the phone and during peak season 50% or more of the day will be on the phone dispatching drivers and speaking with customers
  
  


• Receive orders from drivers, salespeople or customers
  
  


• Prepare purchase orders and log information
  
  


• Prioritize, assign and dispatch orders
  
  


• Reconcile, process and file necessary paperwork
  
  


• Calculate pricing and freight charges
  
  


• Contract management and customer information
  
  


• Process and distribute billing information
  
  


• Compile and submit finalized documentation
  
  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
  


• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work well within strict time frames, despite interruptions
  
  


• Detail oriented and able to process work accurately with minimal errors
  
  


• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  
  

• Strong analysis skills and ability to accurately calculate prices
  
  


• Ability to work without supervision and make appropriate decisions
  
  


• Work well in a team environment
  
  

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
  


• Prior experience dispatching preferred but not required
  
  


• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
