I'm looking for experienced Full-Stack Engineers to join a fast-growing AI-powered recruiting marketplace in San Francisco, transforming the way companies hire top talent.
With a fresh $20M funding round, this startup is scaling rapidly, optimizing hiring processes with AI and proprietary data to make recruiting seamless and efficient.
In this role, you will:
Work on-site in San Francisco, shaping AI-driven recruiting technology
Earn up to $250K salary (flexible) + competitive equity
Collaborate with a high-impact team (ex-Palantir, Ramp, Scale AI, etc.)
Build scalable full-stack systems
Work hands-on with data-driven hiring solutions and AI-powered matching
Contribute to a platform that has already 10x-ed its revenue and aims to do it again in 2025
The ideal candidate will have:
2+ years of experience building full-stack applications
Strong software engineering experience (preferably with Python)
A product mindset with a deep understanding of user experience and business impact
Experience in fast-moving startup environments or independent product-building
A passion for solving hiring challenges at scale with AI and data
This role requires full-time onsite work in San Francisco (North Beach).
