What do we need?
We are looking for a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with deep expertise in Generative AI models, AI/ML frameworks, and cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience developing, training, and deploying machine learning models in production, with a strong emphasis on generative models, transformers, and AI-driven applications.
This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on developer who can translate business challenges into GenAI-powered solutions. The Machine Learning Engineer will be instrumental in designing scalable ML pipelines, optimizing generative models, and driving continuous innovation in AI applications.
What will you do?
Generative Model Development: Design, develop, and fine-tune Generative AI models (e.g., transformers, diffusion models, GANs, VAEs) to create innovative AI applications.
Algorithm Optimization: Enhance model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability through advanced tuning, feature engineering, and data preprocessing.
Data Pipeline & Infrastructure: Build and maintain scalable data pipelines to support large-scale model training, real-time inference, and multimodal AI applications.
Model Deployment & Integration: Deploy and integrate Generative AI models into production systems, ensuring high performance and minimal latency.
AI Tool Utilization: Leverage cutting-edge AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and LangChain to accelerate development and optimize model performance.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Monitor AI model performance in production and implement iterative improvements for enhanced accuracy and efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with AI researchers, software engineers, and product teams to build and deploy state-of-the-art GenAI applications.
Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of advancements in Generative AI, exploring novel architectures and methodologies to enhance business impact.
Who you are
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in machine learning, AI, or deep learning, with a strong focus on Generative AI.
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and Scikit-learn.
Expertise in transformers, large language models (LLMs), generative adversarial networks (GANs), diffusion models, and multimodal AI.
Proven experience deploying GenAI models in production (e.g., OpenAI, Stable Diffusion, LangChain, or similar).
Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and scalable ML infrastructure.
Experience with NLP, computer vision, and multimodal AI applications.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of turning AI research into real-world applications.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams.
