Qualifications
Proven Leadership: Minimum of 5 years of management experience in food safety and quality within a high-risk environment.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Food Safety, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Industry Experience: Over 5 years in food processing, including at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment under USDA and/or FDA regulations.
