The ideal profile for this role will have
MS or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
Strong foundation in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
In-depth knowledge of algorithms and optimization techniques.
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or C++ for data analysis and modeling.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks.
Experience with A/B testing and causal inference methods.(preferred)
Familiarity with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop.
Knowledge of deep learning frameworks and applications.
Experience developing optimization models using tools like Gurobi, CPLEX, or equivalent.
Prior experience involving real-world data analysis and modeling.

Ensure the continuous improvement of models and analytics to deliver real-world value.
Translate complex analytical insights into strategic recommendations with clear and actionable implementation paths.
Work cross-functionally to empower non-technical teams to leverage data insights and decision-making tools.
Lead experimental design to resolve strategic debates using evidence, not opinions.
