Support students in becoming globally engaged citizens as the director of international affairs at the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD). In this role, you'll lead the Office of International Programs and Services (IPS), an office that drives campus efforts that strengthen UMD's international connections while enriching the campus community. A recent analysis of institutional efforts and opportunities provided a robust set of recommendations to assist UMD in significantly reinforcing international connections. We are looking for a leader to help us enact that vision.

Faculty and staff international engagement
Passport acceptance facility
IPS collaborates with UMD campus organizations and units that serve the entire U of M system.
Salary range: $101,325-120,000 depending on experience and qualifications
Qualifications
BA/BS and at least 10 years of progressively responsible, relevant experience in international education and/or in higher education administration
Knowledge of current issues and best practices related to a comprehensive international education office
Effective interpersonal, organizational, analytical, writing, and speaking abilities with a collaborative orientation to decision-making
Ability to respectfully work, communicate, and provide leadership within a diverse campus community
Supervisory experience
