  • Status: Full-time, 100% onsite
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:25 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Compensation: $50-70k + generous benefits

As an Estate Relationship Specialist...

...you are energized by taking care of clients and have a passion for people. With sharp attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills, you play a key part in building trusted relationships with clients, third party advisors, and team members. You will focus on resolving estate cases, providing expert guidance to clients and inheritors during challenging times, and building client loyalty by understanding and addressing their emotional needs

Your Day-to-Day May Involve...
  • Resolving Estate Cases: They handle the complexities of transferring assets after a client's death, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for beneficiaries.
  • Providing Expert Guidance: They offer expertise in estate planning, trust administration, and other related areas, helping clients navigate the legal and financial aspects of estate matters.
  • Building Client Relationships: They strive to build trust and rapport with clients and inheritors, recognizing the emotional nature of these situations.
  • Mitigating Risk: They ensure that all actions taken are in compliance with business rules, state, and federal regulations and statutes.
  • Demonstrating Emotional Intelligence: They are empathetic and understanding, recognizing the emotional needs of clients and inheritors during a difficult time.
  • Proactively Resolving Issues: They take ownership in resolving client issues related to trusts, estates, and other complex matters.
  • Processing and reviewing legal paperwork and account forms.
  • Building strong, personal relationships with clients.
  • Delivering excellent service and a positive client experience.
  • Safeguarding Legacies: Estate planning specialists help ensure that individuals' assets are distributed according to their wishes, minimizing tax burdens, and protecting assets from potential creditors and legal disputes.
  • Expediting Asset Transfer: They help expedite the transfer of assets to heirs and beneficiaries.
  • Providing for Dependents: They help ensure the care of dependents and loved ones in the event of incapacitation or death.
