The ideal candidate will identify market opportunities and seamlessly transition between sales and program management, define project scope, assemble teams, and drive success through post-implementation review stages.

Basic Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the speciality may be considered instead of each year of education.
At least six years of experience relevant to the job description.
