Job Description:

Bridgepoint Consulting, an Addison Group company, is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented professional with strong communication, interpersonal and organizational development skills to drive the employee experience function for a fast-growing management consulting firm based in Austin, TX.

As Bridgepoint's Employee Experience Manager, you will develop, manage, and coordinate programs and initiatives to create a positive, rewarding and sense-of-belonging experience for employees throughout their employment lifecycle - onboarding, core training, mentoring, learning and career development support, and culture-building activities. This role supports the Executives, Leadership, and consultants of the Cloud Solutions practice area.

The Employee Experience Manager is an essential member of the People Operations team. Core to this role is the effective cross-function coordination with multiple teams that directly affect and influence the overall employee experience including Senior Leadership, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Human Resources, People Strategy, Marketing, Internal Communications, and Operations.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage and coordinate comprehensive employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Administers training and development programs, leveraging the Learning and Development team, to support training, and personal and professional development opportunities
  • Manage and coordinate engagement and retention initiatives including the buddy/mentor program, employee recognition and award programs, and the firm's Culture Club activities
  • Coordinate with the Marketing and Communications function to develop and manage employee communications including team-building events, surveys, intranet knowledge sharing and collaboration, and more
  • Assist and advises senior leadership with the development, coordination, evaluation of and response to regular employee retention metrics and the parent company's annual firmwide employee engagement survey
  • Coordinates and manages employee events such as All Hands meetings, and other employee focused events

Skills You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, or related professional discipline.
  • A solid foundation in human resources, employee experience, or organizational development. Must have experience in prior HR/ People Operations role(s).
  • Excellent written/verbal communications and public speaking/presentation skills
  • Intermediate MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong interpersonal behavioral competencies, including the ability to foster strong working relationships
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter with an ability to work and produce both independently and collaboratively
  • Strategic thinking capability and ability to interact well with senior leadership
  • Demonstrated expertise in enhancing the overall employee experience in previous roles

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting or working in the Professional Services sector
  • SHRM, HRCI, or related HR certification
