Implementation of projects in the Production division in cooperation with the relevant departments
Synergy between production, logistics and HQ function such as Sales, Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering
Cost-conscious, responsible and result-oriented actions within the framework of the given company organization as well as the legal regulations
Planning of manufacturing sequences and operating time

Main Duties
Method Engineering:
Material flow planning in cooperation with the logistics planning department
Workplace design and Specification in cooperation with HQ / Ergonomics
Generating Value Stream Maps, flow diagrams, production layouts
Involvement in the development and introduction of new techniques
Involvement in designing customer articles in a manner that is suitable for production
Generation of and involvement in process FMEA
Manufacturing Engineering in cooperation with the relevant technical departments:
Determining the required secondary equipment
Generating specifications for secondary equipment, special machines
Construction monitoring, acceptance and production launch of the secondary equipment
Project work:
Tasks as Sub-Project Manager
Due date and cost control
Project documentation
Involvement in the design of Process FMEA
Generating process sequences with the help of QA (test plans)
Support for Kaizen projects
Startup and series support
Execution of MTM analyses
Optimization of processes and value stream
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
2-3 years of experience in Manufacturing or related field desired
Project management
Equipment planning / - procurement
Production and factory planning
PC knowledge (MS Office) / CAD (SolidWorks)
Value Stream Mapping
MTM or REFA proficiency preferred
Lean Manufacturing - Poka Yoke
Understanding of Continuous Improvement
Understanding of Ergonomics
English / German and/or Spanish beneficial
