Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, you will lead a portfolio of supportive housing units across New York City. In this high-impact role, you'll shape strategy, drive innovation, and empower staff to deliver person-centered care that helps individuals move beyond diagnoses and stigma.

We are looking for a proven leader with expertise in managing complex programs, strong financial acumen, and a track record of delivering measurable outcomes. Responsibilities:

- Provide visionary, data-informed leadership for supportive housing services.

- Develop clear goals and work plans that promote safety, quality, and positive client outcomes.

- Innovate and adapt service models in collaboration with dedicated staff.

- Champion person-centered, dignity-focused care.

- Oversee clinical, operational, and financial aspects of programs.

- Build and mentor a high-performing management team.

- Strengthen internal collaboration with IT, HR, Finance, and Quality Assurance.

- Lead budget development, monitor spending, and identify new funding opportunities.

- Ensure program compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements.

- Cultivate relationships with state agencies, funders, and community partners.

- Represent the organization externally and actively participate in advocacy and policy efforts.

Qualifications

- Deep knowledge of supportive housing models, managed care, and regulations (OMH, DOHMH, HASA, DHS, OASAS, HUD).

- Senior leadership experience in nonprofit program management.

- Strong financial and strategic planning skills.

- At least 15 years of experience managing large-scale programs.

- Master's degree required; LCSW preferred.
