Job Summary:
Seeking a Lean Six Sigma Program Manager to lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement initiatives. This role drives strategy, training, and process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute Lean and Six Sigma strategy, training, and implementation plans.
Establish and manage Lean and Six Sigma certification programs.
Define and track KPIs for performance improvement.
Lead and mentor Continuous Improvement teams.
Integrate Lean and Six Sigma into company operations.
Conduct training on 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and DMAIC.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
Facilitate Kaizen events and Business Process Re-engineering.
Develop best practices and improvement metrics.
Coach leadership teams on Lean implementation.
Analyze data, implement action plans, and report to executives.
Lead problem-solving, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Stay current on Lean methodologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Industrial Engineering.
Strong skills in change management, project management, and data analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (equivalent experience considered).
Master's degree or MBA preferred.
10+ years in manufacturing, engineering, or project management.
5+ years leading Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement efforts.
Experience in CNC machining, automation, stamping, injection molding, and assembly.
Certifications:
Lean Manufacturing Certification required.
Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Lead Lean teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Regular use of hands for tools and components.
Strong vision and focus for detailed work.
