A fast-growing wellness studio is seeking a motivated Assistant Studio Manager to join the team. Job Summary

The Assistant Studio Manager plays a key role in leading and motivating the team to deliver an exceptional guest and member experience that drives membership growth, retention, and revenue. We are looking for someone passionate about health and wellness who embodies our core values of integrity, respect, fairness, and excellence.

Pay: $45,000 - $50,000 per year based on experience

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Membership Growth
  • Achieve studio membership and revenue goals by collaborating with sales associates on effective strategies to attract new members and maintain existing ones.
  • Provide sales support by coaching team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Assist the studio manager in reaching goals and supporting the sales team.

Leadership and Management
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where employees feel valued and motivated.
  • Assist in training and coaching team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Lead by example by demonstrating strong communication and customer service skills.

Operations
  • Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe studio environment by implementing and enforcing hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Monitor studio cleanliness and operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions as needed.

Requirements

Education and Certifications
  • High school diploma required
  • Degree in a related field preferred
  • CPR/AED certification required

Experience and Skills
  • Two or more years of experience in a sales environment
  • Experience with relationship-based selling, building value, and overcoming objections
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to motivate a team and create a positive studio culture

Physical Demands
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Requires squatting, bending, reaching, and prolonged standing and walking
