We are partnering with a rapidly growing tier-1 VC-backed startup in multimodal AI media. This company is keen to shape the future through cutting-edge products and data-driven solutions, seeking visionary Machine Learning Engineers to join as founding team members.
As a Founding Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a critical role in building and scaling ML systems from the ground up. You will collaborate closely with the co-founder contributing to the core architecture, product roadmap, and long-term AI strategy. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in fast-paced environments, working on various multimodal products.
Key Responsibilities:
Work alongside the CTO and software team to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models.
Drive end-to-end ML pipelines, from data collection and pre-processing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Optimize model performance, ensuring scalability, robustness, and efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
Strong experience in developing machine learning models, including NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or generative AI.
Proficiency in Python, React, and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Experience working in start-up environments, ideally as part of founding or early-stage technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in AI applications related to gaming, content creation, virtual worlds, health tech, or blockchain technologies.
Exposure to large-scale data processing, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and proactive mindset.
