Since 2021, we've been pushing boundaries and breaking speed records in survey-grade and intelligent 3D data collection, helping the engineering, construction and utility industries work smarter, not harder.

The Role

This isn't your typical sales leadership role. We need someone who lives for the thrill of the close. You'll spend most of your time in the field, hunting deals and building relationships, while helping develop our next generation of sales talent and streamlining automation in our sales process.

What Success Looks Like
  • Crushing your quota while coaching others to do the same
  • Building relationships with engineering and utility companies who need our tech
  • Closing complex technical deals from prospect to handoff
  • Network at conferences and events to help build quality leads
  • Helping junior sales staff level up through real-deal scenarios
  • Improve sales processes that allow automation and deal-flow efficiency
  • Shaping our go-to-market strategy based on what actually works in the field

You Should Have
  • 5+ years of consistent wins in technical enterprise B2B sales
  • A basic familiarity with the survey and construction industries
  • A proven system for finding and closing new business
  • Comfort in tracking deal flow in a CRM (such as Hubspot)
  • Excitement to travel and meet people face-to-face for demos and partnership discussions
  • Experience showing others the ropes while maintaining top performance
  • Ability to translate complex tech into real business value
  • Track record of building lasting enterprise relationships

Bonus Points
  • Background in geospatial tech, reality capture, or digital mapping
  • Familiarity with survey process
  • Experience selling to survey firms, engineering companies, infrastructure or utility firms
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools (but we care more about results)

Compensation: Base salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, in addition to stock options and performance-based commission.
