What will you be doing
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our Channel Sales Team. This role will primarily focus on administrative tasks and sales support to drive efficiency and streamline partner engagements. The Sales Support Administrator will work closely with the Channel Partner Manager and Sales Team to ensure smooth operations and enhanced partner relationships. You will be responsible for deal registrations, maintain accurate and up to date records of interactions, activities and outcomes in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Key responsibilities will include
Provide administrative support to the channel sales team, including CRM data entry, lead tracking, and report generation.
Assist in managing partner accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates.
Maintain and update sales collateral, price lists, and partner resources.
Assist in processing purchase orders and tracking partner deal registrations.
Conduct basic company/contact research, using CRM, internal data and the internet as appropriate.
Time management and prioritization of CRM Deals and completed in a timely manner
Communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner using appropriate language, both written and verbal. Listen with intent and effectively respond to internal and external customer needs, via telephone-based communication.
Record key customer data in a standardized and consistent manner and accurately record sales and order information in CRM
Proactively manage leads and opportunities
Accurately use rate card/price calculator
Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Manage all CRM deals until they successfully are closed and completed.
Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Education or proven administrative experience of sustained over achievement in a business development environment
1+ years of experience in sales support, administrative roles, or SDR positions, preferably in a channel sales environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to support partner engagement and internal coordination.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and able to work with minimal supervision.
Experience of working in a KPI driven environment
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g.,Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) with the ability to manage and analyze data effectively
